Tamil Nadu: Petition filed to make all schools in state follow CBSE syllabus

Synopsis

A petition has been file in Madurai High Court stating that the CBSE syllabus should be followed in all schools of Tamil Nadu It says that CBSE syllabus is mandatory to clear the NEET and other National exams with ease The Chief Secretary of Education Department has been notified to answer on this plea

A person named Babu Abdulla has filed a petition which states that the CBSE syllabus should be followed in all the government and private schools in Tamil Nadu.

CBSE syllabus is necessary to clear the NEET and other National exams with ease. This petition came for the hearing today, July 3, 2017, in Madurai High Court. 

Following this, the High Court has issued a notice to the Chief Secretary of Education Department asking for an answer on this plea.

The next hearing is scheduled on July 23, 2017.
