Rajinikanth’s old film titles, song lyrics and punch dialogues are often chosen by directors as the titles of their movies. Now, a Telugu director named Selva has chosen an interesting title for his upcoming film - 12.12.1950, which is Rajini’s birth date.
It is reported that the movie is about four Rajini fans. Even the characters in the film are named as Baasha, Muthu, Billa and Ejamaan.
Earlier, a Hindi movie with the title ‘Main Hoon Rajinikanth’ was in the works. But a case was filed on behalf of Rajinikanth and the title was then changed. So it was feared that the same could happen with the upcoming film’s title as well. So the director met Rajinikanth in March to narrate the story and get approval to continue with the title chosen.
