DMK chief MK Stalin lends support to Congress' presidential candidate

The opposition leader MK Stalin says that the ruling BJP is enacting a drama on selecting the candidate Stalin said, “BJP said that it will select a nominee after consulting the opposition parties but it did consult us.”
DMK leader MK Stalin has asked the Tamil Nadu MPs and MLAs to support Congress Party’s presidential candidate Meira Kumar.
Stalin said, “The ruling BJP is enacting a drama on selecting a Dalit candidate. We have decided to jointly support Meira Kumar. I wish her all the best and to win the presidential election.”
Earlier, two of AIADMK’s teams have rendered their support to BJP’s presidential candidate Ram Nath Kovind.
