DMK president and chief opposition leader MK Stalin has again demanded special attention in the TN Assembly on the bribe video scam. The DMK leader said “The Governor’s letter should be read out and the Speaker should give his explanation on the same.”

In reply to that, the Speaker, P Dhanapal, said, “I will respond to the letter after an analysis. I don’t owe you an explanation.”

Following the failed discussions on the same, DMK has staged another walk out from the Assembly.

Outside the assembly, Stalin said to the reporters, “The Governor has written a letter to the Speaker on the complaint raised by us on the bribe video scam. It is a law that the speaker has to read out the information consigned by the Governor but he has refused to do the same. Finding his reply unsatisfactory, we walked out.”
