The moment was extraordinary for veteran Indian goalkeeper PR Sreejesh, who had been working hard with the side and his performance for the past few years for this very moment. Consequently, he was emotional after getting the job done.

While he arrived in Delhi on Monday along with the entire Indian contingent, the whole team celebrated by cutting a special victory cake. Meanwhile, he reached his hometown of Kochi on Tuesday, where he did something special.
Upon arriving, he handed the bronze medal to his father, PR Raveendran. It was indeed a heart touching and actual family moment, not just for him but the entire Indian hockey.
