Bayern Munich run into an unstoppable Real Madrid - Probable XIs

Synopsis

Real Madrid won the first leg 2-1 with two outstanding goals from Cristiano Ronaldo.  Bayern Munich will look to bounce back but they have fitness concerns to deal with.

The stage is set for an epic battle to come an end - it Real Madrid vs Bayern Munich. It cannot get any bigger or better than this. Real Madrid scripted an incredible comeback in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-final with the help of a brace from none other than Cristiano Ronaldo.

Bayern Munich were down to 10 men as Javi Martinez was shown a red card for a terrible tackle in the first leg. As a result, they will not be getting the services of Martinez. They also have other injury issues to deal with - Jerome Boateng, Mats Hummels and Robert Lewandowski are yet to be declared match fit.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid took a massive blow as Gareth Bale has been ruled out of this Champions League quarter final second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu. Isco is supposed to start in place of the Welshman. Pepe will also remain sidelined because of a crack in his ribs.

With two away goals advantage, Real Madrid will start as favourites in the second leg of this epic fixture at the Bernabeu. However, Los Blancos should not underestimate this Bavarian side as they can script comebacks as well. We are in for a cracker here!

Probable lineups:

Real Madrid - Navas, Carvajal, Nacho, Ramos, Marcelo, Casemiro, Kroos, Modric, Isco, Benzema, Ronaldo.

Bayern Munich - Neuer, Lahm, Boateng, Hummels, Alaba, Xabi Alonso, Vidal, Thiago, Robben, Lewandowski, Ribery.
