Will ex-cop Anupama Shenoy join the BJP now?

Former DySP Anupama Shenoy, who had resigned after bitter arguments with the state government, might join the BJP soon.

Shenoy has met RSS leader Prabhakar Bhat at Kalladka in Dakshina Kannada district.  She also paid a visit to Srirama Vidya Kendra, presided by the RSS leader, and spent some time with the students in the school.

Shenoy, who was believed to have resigned due to harassment by higher officials and corruption in the system has been surprising all with her meetings with political leaders off late.

Recently, she had met Congress leader Srinivas Prasad, who has been displeased with the Congress party for removing him from the ministry.

Sources say that Legislative Council member Tara and other BHP leaders had met Shenoy, after she had resigned and has been invited by the leaders to join the BJP.

Her meeting with the RSS leader might be a strong sign of her induction into the BJP.
