Tamil Nadu: One killed, nine injured in mishap at theme park

The incident occurred at Kishkinta Theme park in neighbouring Kancheepuram district yesterday when the joy ride which was being tested crashed, they said, adding the cause of the mishap was being investigated.

The victim, identified as Mani, was declared brought dead at a hospital. The nine persons were treated for injuries. Police said the incident occurred after the park was
closed.

The management could not be reached for comments. An employee only said that the theme park, a popular one, was closed today.
