Suriya’s '24' joins one million club in USA
Synopsis
Prior to this movie, Vijay’s Theri had collected $2 million. 24 amassed a massive $440,000 from its premiere and first-day shows.
The movie was released in 270 screens in north America. Box office reports from Tamil Nadu and other parts of India are still awaited. But sources have revealed that the movie has collected more than ₹6 crores on its opening day in Tamil Nadu.
Going by the collection, it seems that 24 is set to break the blockbuster records.
