Singing songs and dancing to folk tunes, hundreds of people gathered in Kerala's capital on Sunday in a show of support to the Thiruvananthapuram Queer Pride Festival.
Against the backdrop of a rainbow-coloured stage, transgenders performed a classical group dance followed by a fashion show designed by choreographer Sajna Najam.
The event, attended by around 1,500 people from across the state, was organized by Manaveeyam Theruvora Koottayma together with Oasis Cultural Society and Queer Pride Kerala.
