Veteran Kannada actor Doddanna has been admitted to a hospital in Raichur, Karnataka, after he fell unconscious at the restroom of the guest house, he was staying in.
Reports state that Doddanna fell in the bathroom of the guest house he was staying in - Shakthinagar in Raichur. Doddanna was in Raichur to pay a visit to Sugureshwara temple. This being the Shravan month, the actor was visiting the temple along with his family.
It is said that the actor was standing in a queue for quite a long time on Monday night and this might have affected his health.
Doddanna has been admitted to RTPS Hospital in Raichur and is said to be responding well to the treatment.
Doddanna is 68 and has acted in more than 500 films in Kannada.
