Special court issues non-bailable warrant against Vijay Mallya

A non-bailable warrant against UB Group’s chairman, Vijay Mallya has been issued by a Special PMLA court.

Earlier on Monday, the court also rejected Kingfisher's plea challenging the Enforcement Directorate’s (ED) claim that Rs 430 crore was siphoned off and used to acquire properties abroad.

KFA had earlier filed a plea in at a special court in Mumbai saying that the ED’s claims are “false and incorrect.”
