RKT's stock is up more than 1% so far this year, buoyed by momentum after U.S. President Donald Trump said last month that he is working to lower mortgage rates for Americans. Shares surged more than 81% last year, driven by the Federal Reserve's series of interest-rate cuts.

Rocket Companies operates a fintech platform focused on mortgages, real estate, and personal finance, with a growing emphasis on AI-driven growth. The ad is set to Lady Gaga's reimagined version of Fred Rogers' iconic theme song "Won't You Be My Neighbour?" The full 60-second commercial was aired during the second quarter of Super Bowl 60 on Feb. 8.
