[Video] Want to check if you are pregnant? Take the toothpaste pregnancy test

Synopsis

This new weird test claims to find out when a woman is pregnant Usually doctors or pregnancy kits can help you find that Now it seems, toothpaste and urine is enough to the do the trick

Advertised as a home pregnancy test, this promises to let women know whether they are pregnant or not. Like normal home pregnancy tests, this one too takes place in the confines of your bathroom, however, women claim that an additional ingredient is needed.

It is no secret how pregnancy strips work. The woman puts a drop of urine on the end of the testing stick and according to the colour banding on the strip determines whether she is pregnant or not.

However, off late, many videos have surfaced on YouTube claiming that the toothpaste pregnancy test works. These uploaders claim that mixing toothpaste with urine can produce a chemical reaction which could potentially indicate a pregnancy.

The woman needs to urinate into a cup and then in a separate cup squeeze out some toothpaste.  Then mix a few drops of the urine into the white toothpaste (no coloured pastes) and stir, if the mixture turns blue and foamy then it is believed that the woman is expecting.

Let’s get it clear from the start: Doctors have no say on it and in fact, most are dismissive of this trend as there is no proof to it. We however, recommend, you take this as no expert proof of pregnancy and would advise you to contact a doctor for actual confirmation.

Here watch a video in which the user claims that the toothpaste pregnancy test works! It has gained tremendous views and seems like some people are actually convinced that it works because one can notice a spate of videos on the same topic.
