
The much-awaited Kerala Vishu Bumper BR-109 lottery results for 2026 were officially announced on Friday, May 23, with ticket number VB 135452 winning the massive first prize of Rs 12 crore. The draw was conducted at Gorky Bhavan near Bakery Junction in Thiruvananthapuram under the supervision of the Kerala State Lottery Department.
The Vishu Bumper is one of Kerala’s most popular lottery events and this year created a major sales record even before the results were declared. According to the Kerala government, all 45 lakh printed tickets were completely sold out, making it one of the highest-selling bumper lotteries in the state’s history.
Apart from the Rs 12 crore jackpot winner, six tickets across different series won the second prize of Rs 1 crore each. The winning second-prize numbers are VA 616453, VB 327020, VC 348224, VD 252972, VE 649598, and VG 367998.
The third prize of Rs 10 lakh each was awarded to six winners: VA 238131, VD 575123, VB 149470, VE 363410, VC 133511, and VG 480536. Meanwhile, the fourth prize of Rs 5 lakh each went to ticket numbers VA 818975, VD 123033, VB 749053, VE 448421, VC 777708, and VG 823578.

This year’s Vishu Bumper tickets were issued in six series — VA, VB, VC, VD, VE, and VG — with each ticket priced at Rs 300. Palakkad reportedly recorded the highest ticket sales, followed by Thrissur and Thiruvananthapuram.
The Kerala Lottery Department has advised winners to verify their ticket numbers with the official Kerala Government Gazette results. Prize claims must be submitted within 30 days of the draw date. Winners of the first and second prizes are required to surrender their original tickets along with valid ID proof such as Aadhaar or PAN card while claiming the amount through authorised channels.
