Will submit proof of allegations against HDK to SIT: Reddy

The inquiry regarding the bail petition of former CM H D Kumaraswamy, in connection with Janthakal Mining scam, has been completed and the Lokayukta Special court has withheld its judgment. The judgement will be pronounced on June 13 after the hearing of arguments.
Former minister Janardhana Reddy has said that he would submit the documents of proof against former CM H D Kumaraswamy to the Special Investigation Team (SIT) on
Tuesday. “I still stand by the accusations I have leveled against JD(S) state president H D Kumaraswamy” he stated.
Speaking to newspersons at Kolhar village, Basavana Bagewadi, Reddy said, he would reiterate the allegations of corruption he has levelled against HDK and stand
by it even now. “I am not arrogant like H D Kumaraswamy. I am always willing to abide by the Supreme Court ruling. For the past 12 years, I have been constantly requesting to submit documentary evidence to SIT” he said retorting against a comment made by HDK.
