Wild leopard barges into Mysuru Zoo, no entry to public

A wild leopard has barged into Mysuru Zoo creating tension in the surroundings. A team has been deployed to catch the leopard which has come from Chamundi Hills The leopard is not only posing a danger to people but also the animals inside the zoo

A wild leopard has barged into Mysuru Zoo creating tension in the surroundings.

The authorities have closed the zoo for now for safety causes. A team has been deployed to catch the leopard which has come from Chamundi Hills, say sources. 

Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens popularly known as Mysuru Zoo has thousands of footfalls a day.

Currently, the leopard is not only posing a danger to people but also the animals inside the zoo. All the animals have been locked inside and until there is a new notice no one will be allowed inside the zoo, said the Zoo official Ravishankar to Suvarna News.
