The girl is under treatment at a private hospital. The accused are students from Dinnekere.
They are all studying at Udewara High School. The incident occurred when the girl went to the toilet. However, some villagers say the incident occurred at a farm. A case has been registered with Sakaleshapura police station.
The Sakaleshapura police acted quickly and arrested the three accused and sent them to Balamandir. One is missing but police are on the lookout.
