Dr Naresh Shetty, president of MS Ramaiah hospital said in an official statement that her vital parameters are within normal limits. The 77-year-old, mother to Sandalwood celebrities Shivarajkumar, Puneeth and Raghavendra Rajkumar was admitted to the hospital after she suffered from problems related to her kidneys. She also complained of breathing difficulty. Parvathamma just recently recovered from breast cancer and is being treated for problems related to her liver, lungs and kidneys. A team of doctors, including an oncologist and a nephrologist have been monitoring her health.
Earlier, her sons called for a press meet and updated the media about their mother’s health. Shivrajkumar said Parvathamma is doing well but the family was visibly upset as she was on ventilator support.
