Mandya police found gambling on duty inside their official vehicle!

Three on-duty police personnel were caught on camera playing cards in Mandya They were deployed near the Superintendent’s office They were found playing cards, and betting with money, inside their police jeep.

A video and pictures of certain members of the Mandya police gambling inside their offical jeep has gone viral. The accused have been identified as Assistant Reserve Sub Inspector Nagachandrababu, Gopalakrishna and Naganna.

The three officers were deployed on duty by the control room near the Superintendent’s office. But instead of doing their duty, they were found playing cards, and betting with money, inside the police jeep, reports Kannada Prabha. For the record, gambling, and betting, is illegal. 

There have been several of such cases in recent times. A week ago, two police personnel were suspended for drinking alcohol on the police station premises, on duty.
