Lisha had suffered severe injuries to her leg during the bomb blast in April, 2013.
The victim had approached the high court recently complaining that despite the court's direction (in 2016, October), the state government was delaying in providing her the government job.
Responding to the court, the state government submitted that it is in the process of working out the measures to hand over the job to Lisha, as promised.
It further submitted that the state government has provided Rs 10,17,078 to Lisha from the chief minister's Relief fund and Rs 3 lakh from the Central government's relief fund.
The state government further submitted that since Lisha has been provided relief from the Central government, there are no provisions to award government job to Lisha.
The state government further told the court that the issue will be discussed in the cabinet and expedite the process to help Lisha get government job, soon.
