A man who was caught while selling the country-made pistol in Bengaluru has been arrested in the city.

22-year-old Bharat was arrested near Yeshwantpur, on the National Highway. The accused Bharat hails from Madhya Pradesh and was residing at Kudoor in Bengaluru.

After questioning, Bharat has told that he got the pistol for Rs 20,000 from Madhya Pradesh, the last time he had gone home. He was trying to sell it for Rs 50,000 in Bengaluru. His suspicious moves on the highway started questioning him when they found the pistol with Bharat.

Currently, the police are questioning Bharat for more details on the issue.
