Eshwarappa PA kidnap case: Five Star hotel connection established

Santosh, assistant to State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa, interrogated. Vinay and Santosh had fought at the five star hotel prior to the kidnap attempt. Santosh had booked rooms at the hotel in his name. Documents are seized in this connection. When the officials presented the register he seemed disturbed.

The investigation of the Eshwarappa PA Vinay’s kidnap attempt case has got an interesting turn with the police team led by Malleshwara ACP establishing the connection of the meeting at Five Star hotel to the kidnap plan, reported Kannada Prabha.

On Monday the investigating officers questioned Santosh, assistant to State BJP president B S Yeddyurappa, regarding the five star hotel meeting. It is learnt that Vinay and Santosh had fought at the five star hotel prior to the kidnap attempt.

Santosh had booked rooms at the hotel in his name. Documents are seized in this connection. However, Santosh was tight lipped about it and did not reveal any details.  When questioned for whom the room was booked Santosh first denied any information about it.

But when the officials presented the register he seemed disturbed. But he tried to make light of it and only said it is highly confidential. However, the officers connected the Vinay’s kidnap attempt and the fight in the five star hotel.  The investigation is continuing on Tuesday also. The officials only said they have procured several evidences in this regard.
