DK Shivakumar meets CM first time after the IT raid

Energy Minister DK Shivakumar met the Chief Minister Siddaramaiah first time after the IT raid on Monday and held talks with him, reports Kannada Prabha. After the Cabinet meeting DK Shivakumar met Siddaramaiah separately and they spoke for about 20 minutes. It is reported that Siddaramaiah asked DK Shivakumar details about the IT raid. They both discussed the next legal course of action to be taken, reports Kannada Prabha. 

Prior to this at the Cabinet meeting, legislators supported DK Shivakumar, who recently faced the IT heat. They assured him that they would stand by him at difficult times, it is reported. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has reportedly directed all the legislators to defend Shivakumar and condemn the Central government of violating the norms by allowing IT officials to use the Central Reserve Police Force personnel during the raid and its dictatorial attitude that will be detrimental to Federal System.
