Charge-sheet filed against Rowdy Naga and his sons in money laundering case

The Hennur police have filed 510 pages charge-sheet against Nagaraj and 17 others The charge-sheet has been submitted to the City’s 11th ACMM court Nagaraj’s second wife Pushapavathi has obtained anticipatory bail Of the 18 accused four are absconding, Naga, his 2 sons and 11 others are already in jail  

The Hennur police have filed 510 pages charge-sheet against Nagaraj alias Bomb Naga, his children and other accused in the money laundering case, reports Kannada Prabha.

The charge-sheet has been submitted to the City’s 11^th ACMM court alleging 18 members including Nagaraj, his family and associates under IPC Section 364 (a), 395, 342, 506, Illegal Possession of Arms - 25, SBN Section 5,7, along with 68 statements of witnesses.

Of the 18 accused, four are absconding. Nagaraj’s second wife Pushapavathi has obtained anticipatory bail. Nagaraj, his 2 sons and other 11 others are already in jail. The charge- sheet mentions V Nagaraj, his sons Gandhi, Shastri, Bayappu, Chikkappa, Soundarya Raja, Saravana, V Saravana, MH Jaikrishnan, Srihari, Harikrishna, Satish Kumar, Praveen, Srinivas, Velur Mani, Lakshmi, Pushpavathi and M Ramesh.
