15-year-old Badminton Champion from Alva's School was found hanging mysteriously in her hostel room on June 20. Her parents have cried foul and said she cannot commit suicide. Now her mother Baby Poojari has revealed an important information that the statement was dictated to them.

Baby in her complaint copy has said that the police arrived at their house and instead of taking their statement, dictated what they have to say. One of their relatives Arun was made to write everything again as dictated by police officer Dejappa, she has told in the complaint copy.

On giving the second complaint, she said that at that time we were not clear about anything. So we did not want to accuse anyone without having a proper suspicion. Now after certain developments were are also getting a clearer picture of what is happening and are in a position to name people.

Thus it looks like though Chief of the Alvas School is stating that no one has killed Kavya, let the probe take place, Kavya's mother is of the opinion that probe is not being held fairly.

Dictating the statement is one of the examples how the investigation might become biased. Thus, the mother is repeatedly pleading that the Physical Education teacher should be questioned.

What he points is that Kavya had told that the teacher has called for practice at 4 am. But as the chief of the school Mohan Alva himself clarified that no practices are held before 6 am, Kavya's mother has alleged that her teacher Praveen might have tried to make sexual advances. Thus she has repeatedly been asking for an interrogation of Praveen.
