In a bid to make travel more convenient and affordable for passengers, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) has announced a 10% to 15% reduction in fares on various types of buses operating from Kundapura, Udupi, and Mangaluru to Bengaluru. The new fares will come into effect from 5 January, according to a notification issued by the Senior Divisional Controller of Mangaluru KSRTC.
This move comes ahead of the peak travel season and aims to ease the financial burden on daily commuters, tourists, and business travellers alike. The fare revision applies across all categories of KSRTC services, including Ambari Utsav, Dream Class, Multi Axle, Non-AC Sleeper, Pallakki Non-AC Sleeper, and Rajahamsa buses.
