Currently, Modi is rarely seen smiling, and if such an interview were held now, both Jairam Ramesh and PM Narendra Modi would react differently.

Recently, Jairam Ramesh had even said "To think that Modi is different is not correct. All happenings in the Human Resources Department, efforts to rewrite textbooks, erosion of autonomy of IITs, are all Modi's blessings."

Ramesh had even asked the Congressmen to take on Modi directly.

However, Modi is known for making fun of Congress party day in and day out.
