A robber got stuck between the wall and an ATM while attempting to steal money at Aniyapuram in Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu.
You might have heard of ATM robbery, but this episode from Tamil Nadu will make you giggle. Yes, a thief who intended to rob an ATM got stuck between the machine and the wall behind it. The incident occurred in Aniyapuram, in the Namakkal district of Tamil Nadu.
The 28-year-old man M Upendra Roy attempted to steal money through the backside of the ATM. However, when he ventured to the machine with a stone, residents heard the sound and informed officials. After coming on the scene, the police discovered Roy stuck between the wall and the ATM. Then he was rescued and arrested.
Reportedly, Roy was under the influence of alcohol. The police have registered a case, and it is under investigation. Watch the video.
