Rahul Gandhi's 'vote theft' claim proving true, says Kumari Selja

Congress leader Kumari Selja alleges that Rahul Gandhi's claim of 'vote chori' is proving true, citing information from the Election Commission. The CWC has demanded the resignation of PM Modi, Amit Shah, and CEC Gyanesh Kumar over the issue.

Congress leader Kumari Selja on Tuesday said the issue of “vote chori” was first raised by party leader Rahul Gandhi and it is proving to be true.

Talking to ANI after a meeting of Congress Working Committee, Kumari Selja said the whole country, will have to come together to save democracy. “We stand with Rahul Gandhi the entire Congress party is with him, and everyone will move forward together in this fight... The resolution will address the current situation, specifically the issue of 'vote theft.' Rahul Gandhi was the first to raise this matter, and it is proving to be true,” she said. “We didn't fabricate these claims; the information is emerging from within the Election Commission itself, confirming that all is not well and that our democracy is being imperiled... You will learn about the future strategy soon—spanning from the House to the streets... there is a meeting tomorrow; everyone will support us," she added.

INDIA Bloc to Strategize

INDIA bloc leaders will meet tomorrow to decide their strategy about the controversy over decisions about the SIR process. The opposition parties are demanding resignation of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.

CWC Demands Resignations

The Congress Working Committee (CWC) on Monday demanded resignation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah, saying they have no moral right to continue after allegations surrounding the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. The party also reiterated its demand for Kumar’s removal, the suspension of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) and the restoration of 13.30 crore names which have been deleted so far from the electoral rolls.
