
Advocate Shivpal Singh Yadav is said to have asked the police to file a case under section 154 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The complaint states that Sun is causing torture to humans, animals, birds as well as trees. It has caused mental as well as physical problems as the heat is just unbearable.
Speaking to Hindustan Times, station in-charge inspector Rajendra Verma has said that the police have received an application in this regard.
Usually, relevant action is taken against the guilty if it is possible. Else, we will file an application according to the law, Verma said.
