Bengaluru: Former Karnataka chief minister and Leader of Opposition Siddaramaiah, condemning the CBI raid on KPCC president DK Shivakumar’s house said that the BJP has always tried to indulge in vindictive politics and mislead public attention.

Expressing his thoughts on Twitter, Siddaramaiah wrote “BJP has always tried to indulge in vindictive politics and mislead public attention. The latest CBI raid on KPCC President DK Shivakumar’s house is another attempt to derail our preparation for bypolls. I strongly condemn this”.

CBI raids are underway at residences of KPCC president DK Shivakumar and Congress leader DK Suresh.

The officials of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on October 5 morning raided the residence of KPCC president DK Shivakumar.

The raids are being carried out on his residence in Sadashivanagar, Kengeri and farmhouse in Kanakapura.
