During the campaign phase, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed around 30 rallies and roadshows in the state. Union Minister Amit Shah, too, was camped in the state for almost two months, micromanaging the BJP's election strategy. Besides, prominent BJP chief ministers and almost all the Union ministers campaigned in the state.
For the Congress, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot led the party's campaign. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed a couple of rallies on the sidelines of his Bharat Jodo Yatra and so did party chief Mallikarjun Kharge.
The AAP campaigned aggressively with Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal holding road shows and addressing several rallies in the last five months.
