Delhi hit-and-run: 41-year-old man on motorcycle killed in GK-I

A 41-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run incident in South Delhi's Greater Kailash-I area, police said. According to officials, a PCR call regarding a road accident was received at the Delhi Police station G.K.-I on the evening of March 31. The victim, identified as Surendra Das, who worked as a domestic help, was hit by an unidentified car while riding his motorcycle. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors declared him brought dead.

Police Launch Investigation

Police have registered a case and initiated an investigation. The crime scene was inspected, and evidence was collected, while CCTV footage from the surrounding area was analysed. During the probe, the offending vehicle was identified as a white car. Efforts are currently underway to trace and apprehend the driver, with teams conducting raids and using technical surveillance, police added.
