Congress calls for massive protest against CEC over 'vote theft' row

Congress's KC Venugopal called for a protest march in Delhi on Oct 12 against CEC Gyanesh Kumar, alleging 'vote theft' by the Modi-Shah regime. A delegation will submit a memorandum to the CJI, as Rahul Gandhi challenges the government.
