Amit Shah okays Rs 2,117.85 cr from SDRF for flood-hit states

Union Home Minister Amit Shah approved an advance release of Rs 2,117.85 crore from the SDRF to support states affected by the 2026 monsoon floods. The Centre has also deployed NDRF teams and sent IMCTs to assess damages in affected regions.
