Akash's lawyer Bishwamitra Vargab confirmed the news on Friday night. He said the whole thing will be clear on Saturday.
Bishwamitra said the case came in the wake of Abhishek's recent remarks about Akash Vijayvargiya . Incidentally, Abhishek attacked Akash from a public meeting in Diamond Harbor last Sunday (November 29). Talking about addressing him as 'Vaipo' on behalf of BJP, Abhishek said in a challenging tone, "I am being called Vaipo again and again. The Bharatiya Janata Party, which has repeatedly called me a nephew, should call me by name if they have the courage.”

At the same time, Abhishek attacked the names of various leaders of BJP at a meeting at Muchisha High School ground in Nodakhali on Sunday.

He said, “I am saying by name, Kailash Vijayvargiya is an outsider. Bharatiya Janata Party West Bengal President Dilip Ghosh is a mafia. Amit Shah is an outsider, Sunil Deodhar is an outsider. I am saying by name, Kailash Vijayavargyar's son Akash Vijayavargiya is a goon. If you have the power, sue me with legal action."

Akash Vijayvargiya is going to give an 'answer' to the challenge of Abhishek. However, he is not the first, Abhishek's remarks at the meeting have already created the possibility of a legal battle in Bengal.

State BJP president Dilip Ghosh has already issued a legal notice to Abhishek. On Monday, BJP MP Soumitra Khan attacked Abhishek in Cooch Behar, calling him a 'thief-robber'. The Trinamool leadership of Cooch Behar district has also warned to file a case against him. It is expected that a legal battle between the two major political parties is going to happen soon before the Bengal polls.
