This video appears to have been taken by a video camera. Sources say that the video was posted by a self-declared Congress worker'.

In the video, Bhawani Singh Rajawat, MLA of Kota constituency, Rajasthan, has claimed that some top business tycoons - who are the supporters of BJP - had known in advance about the planned demonetisation and had disposed their illegal black money well in advance.

Besides, he also criticised the initiative of the BJP, stating that it was not properly planned.

“It may be a steady initiative. But the government should have given some time to people and made them prepared. Adani and Ambani had known about it quite earlier,” he says in the video.

Bhawani Singh Rajawat is quite famous for his controversies. A few months ago, in the month of May, Rajawat had made an allegation against Bihari students studying in Kota. In his allegation, he said that Biharis created an atmosphere of crime and urged students with a criminal background to leave the city.

He had also opposed wearing of helmets when it was made compulsory in Rajasthan last year. In his press statement he had said that helmets cause baldness and it becomes an aid for criminals to escape.
