Most wins at a GP: Hamilton has won eight Hungarian GPs, including the one this year. Consequently, he also holds the record of winning a GP on most occasions, as he shares the feat with Schumacher again, who won eight races at the French GP. On the other hand, he has also won the most home GP, having won the British GP on seven occasions.

Most consecutive seasons on pole: Since 2007, Hamilton has attained the pole position consecutively on 14 occasions. As a result, he is the record-holder of the same, having gone past Schumacher's previous record of 13.

In the process, he now has the most points from the races, going past the previous record of 221, held by Schumacher. He achieved the feat after winning the 2020 Tuscan GP.
