After enjoying a much-needed vacation in Spain's Majorca islands, Manchester United superstar Cristiano Ronaldo is back on a football field and looks geared up for yet another exciting season. The 37-year-old striker, linked with a return to Juventus and a move to Bayern Munich and Chelsea, training with his son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr, at La Liga side RCD Mallorca's training ground ahead of the Red Devils' pre-season preparations.

Ronaldo, who scored 24 goals in his comeback season at Old Trafford, recently celebrated his son's 12th birthday while staying in a luxury villa at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The Portuguese superstar has been enjoying his break after being on international duty for the UEFA Nations League. The legendary striker, currently in Ibiza and partner Georgina Rodriguez, was entitled to a three-week leave before returning to United's Carrington training base under new boss Erik ten Hag.
The United icon shared training pictures alongside Ronaldo Jr. as the famous father-son duo looked focused on their game. While Ronaldo wore a yellow t-shirt and grey shorts, his son was seen sporting a No.7 United's blue and white jersey - iconic to the Portuguese superstar's CR7 fame - along with black shorts.
It is worth noting that Ronaldo's eldest son is currently at the Manchester United academy and has impressed with his potential. The 12-year-old regularly does the rounds on social media after pulling off a remarkable free-kick or scoring in a game. He is also known to replicate his father's famous 'Siuuu' celebration after scoring a goal. The latest pictures shared by the legendary striker show a glimpse of the present and the sport's future.

Ronaldo, his partner Georgina Rodriguez, their kids, family and friends have been enjoying a summer break for over two weeks now. However, training remained a crucial feature in the United icon's vacation as several photographs of him working out as well as training was posted on his Instagram profile last week.
The recent photos shared by Ronaldo are expected to warm the hearts of United fans, mainly after rumours arose last week about Bayern Munich and Chelsea being interested in Portugal international. While United maintain that the icon isn't for sale, his agent Jorge Mendes is reportedly doing everything he can to find the best possible solution for Ronaldo, who is said to be not entirely happy at the moment.
Given that the summer transfer window has a few more months before it closes, the likelihood that Ronaldo will leave United rises the longer the team waits to bring in marquee players. The Red Devils reportedly want to replace the iconic striker with Neymar if he decides to sign with Chelsea or another club this summer.
