Munirathna received 6,164 votes in the first round, 28,8675 votes in the fifth round, 55,103 in the tenth round and 78,643 votes in the fifteenth round according to the Bengaluru Bruhat Mahanagara Palike (BBMP and the Election Commission of India (ECI).
