Mamata slams Modi govt; says BJP should resign if it fails to prove TMC looted central funds

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday (February 11) challenged the BJP to prove its allegation that the Trinamool Congress has looted funds sent by the Centre to the state. She also said the Narendra Modi government should resign if it cannot prove its claim.

The CM said, “The BJP frequently says that TMC is corrupt, the TMC siphoned off money given by the Centre to the state. If they cannot prove the allegation, they will have to resign.”
