BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday (January 26) claimed that more MLAs will leave the TMC in the upcoming days and asked West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee whether she will contest from all their seats.

Earlier, Mamata Banerjee said that she will contest from Nandigram seat beside her Bhowanipore constituency.
Taking a jibe at TMC, Suvendu Adhikari said that no matter from which seat Mamata Banerjee contests, the BJP will come into power in the upcoming Bengal polls.

While addressing a public meeting, Mamata Banerjee said, “The TMC supremo may also declare in the coming days that she will contest from Domjur or Bally seats. But wherever she goes, she will face the music.”
Slamming Mamata Banerjee over the Victoria Memorial episode, Suvendu Adhikari said that "Jai Shri Ram" has been used as a greeting for a long time and wondered why Banerjee got angry on hearing the chant.
Meanwhile, West Bengal BJP chief Dilip Ghosh said that from now on, Mamata Banerjee will be greeted with "Jai Shri Ram" wherever she goes.
