Priyanka Chopra once talked about Aishwarya Rai and rumours about her being romantically involved with Abhishek Bachchan
Long back, there were some reports that Aishwarya Rai was unhappy with the offer given to her husband Abhishek Bachchan by Sonali Bose's film The Sky Is Pink, which is based on Aisha Chaudhary's life.
The movie was released in 2019 and Abhishek was offered to play the role of Aisha's father, which later Farhan Akhtar did. Priyanka Chopra played the role of Aisha's mother.
Many reports claimed that Aishwarya Rai allegedly didn't Abhishek to work with Priyanka. There were rumours about their affair, and in an interview, Priyanka spoke the rumours of being romantically involved with Abhishek and making Aishwarya insecure.
In an interview with Stardust in 2006, PeeCee was asked about Abhishek suggesting Aishwarya to every Bollywood filmmaker. To which she said, "No, it's fine with me if Abhishek is recommending Ash for films, because it's Ash at the end of the day. No comparisons with anybody. I think she's very, very talented and attractive."
Priyanka also talked about the rumours about her being romantically involved with Abhishek; she said, "No, Aishwarya does not see me as a threat. Please. Contrary to your information, both Ash and Abhi hung out with me at his party. I think she was delightful to me. I didn't get any negative vibes at all from her."
