The National Stock Exchange left its followers on Twitter flummoxed on Saturday when it posted pictures of actor Mouni Roy from its official handle.The NSE Twitter post on Saturday afternoon was captioned 'Soaring Saturday temperature high... @RoyMouni looks breathtaking' followed by hashtags like 'beautifuldiva,' 'sexydiva' and 'hotgirl'.Social media users were quick to latch on to the post. Even though the Tweet was deleted, social media users were quick to post screenshots followed by a barrage of memes and jokes.

Later on, the NSE issued a clarification. It said on Twitter, "Today there was an unwanted post on NSE handle at 12:25 p.m. It was a human error made by the agency handling NSE account and there was no hacking. Our sincere apologies to our followers for the inconvenience caused."Mouni will be seen next in a prominent role in Ayan Mukerji's directorial Brahmastra-Part I.The film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
