In her Instagram story, she said, "Long story short he treated me like trash. Obviously. And every day, I thought 'he's just having a bad day', 'Well, he's going through a lot so it's okay', 'maybe tomorrow will be better'. And it never got better. It got worse."

She even further said that she blames herself to be toxic too as she adjusted to all of those behaviours and realised her fault and got out of it. She confessed, "I owned up to my own toxic behaviour which was not standing up for myself and allowing him to treat me the way he did. I chose to accept that. And shame on me. But, I've grown, learned, and here I am today. Yay."

After this relationship, Trishala moved on and found her soulmate who passed away in 2019. She shared a heartfelt message for him. Recently, Trishala, a psychotherapist, took to her Instagram stories to answer her fans' questions and educate people about infidelity.

When one of her followers asked her about her longest relationship and the reason it ended, she wrote, "7 Years. I won’t go into the major details on why it ended. Let’s just say we mutually parted ways. He was ready for a life that I wasn’t, and we had many, many differences that accumulated over the years (sic).”

“In a nutshell, we both grew apart. It happens. Today, he’s married with children and I wish him all the best,” she wrote.

A user wrote, “Sorry to ask this, but why haven't you disclosed how your boyfriend passed away? What's his name?"In her post, which she shared on her Instagram story, she wrote, “I apologise in advance if my response comes off as cold. I'm not mad or offended by your question, but I definitely want to educate people about basic social 101 skills (sic).”

She further added, “I appreciate your question. I do. Let's all be honest about basic human behavior and curiosity - Its natural to want to know how someone passed away. Even if it is 'none of your business,' right? (sic)"She also educated the Instagram user that such behaviour, especially when you are not close to someone, appears as if one is “prying.” She added, “The most inappropriate reaction is enquiring about the cause of death (sic).”

Then Trishala decided not to shame the social media user and wrote, “I want you to ask yourself this question - What is the purpose of me doing asking this? Will knowing the answer allow me to help this person. Or is it just morbid curiosity? (sic)”Later she wrote, “Grief 101 lesson- If you are not entitled to know the specifics of the passing, stop asking. Asking for those details does nothing for the conversation. It does not console the person, nor brings the person who passed away, back (sic).”
