Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan, also 10th Nawab of Pataudi, will not hand down a penny of this Rs 5000 crore property and assets in Haryana or Bhopal to his children. Because on account of a government clause and complex will to boot. 

Yes, we know Saif is from one of the wealthiest families in India and is from royal lineage, and his joined assets, including the Pataudi Palace in Haryana and his other ancestral property in Bhopal, is worth around a whopping Rs. 5000 crore. It is reported that all of the properties and his other important assets of the House of Pataudi, fall under the controversial Enemy Disputes Act of the India Government. Hence, nobody can claim to be an heir of any such property, assets that come under the act's purview.
