Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone will be seen for the first time doing an action scene on an Indian screen. We saw parts of it in her big Hollywood debut xXx : Return of Xander Cage.
The Piku actress will be bringing her action avatar to the Indian cinema for the first time. As she is a former athlete, Deepika's body frame is very well suited to act, so it will be pretty interesting to see her in this avatar in Pathan.
Deepika had left her fans floored with her power-packed entry scene in xXx: Return of Xander Cage. From full splits to weapon plays and encounters with goons, the actress had left fans asking for more, and now she is all set to bring that form to the Indian cinema.
A source close to the actress shares, "Deepika is shooting for high octane action scenes for Pathan currently. They are shooting them in Mumbai itself and Deepika has done intense preps for it."
While Deepika gets back on the sets of Pathan, she has been busy juggling within two films together since the lockdown has over. She finished one Pathan schedule earlier and shot for one with Shakun Batra's untitled next.
Deepika is flying high on the work front with films like Nag Ashwin's next with Prabhas, The Intern remake, Mahabharata, '83 and Fighter in the pipeline besides Pathan and Shakun Batra's next.
