Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan's bail plea is scheduled to be heard by the court today, October 8. This day coincides with Gauri Khan's birthday; will Aryan be able to come home?
Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and entrepreneur Gauri Khan's son Aryan Khan has been sent to 14-days of judicial custody after being arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in a drugs case.
According to reports, a surprise raid was carried out on a cruise, after which Aryan Khan and 7 others were detained. NCB got custody of them till October 7, and then they were sent into judicial custody.
Reports suggest that Aryan Khan's lawyer has applied for his bail, and the hearing is set to take place on October 8. According to ANI, the Esplanade Magistrate court will hear Aryan Khan's bail plea on October 8 at 11 am.
While, NCB is asked to file for a reply. Now it all depends on the arguments in the court; if Aryan Khan succeeds to get bail and that he will be going home on mother Gauri Khan's birthday.
Today, October 8, is Shah Rukh Khan's wife Gauri Khan's birthday. And yes, it will be a big sigh of relief to the Khan family and friends if Aryan is granted bail.
