SunRisers Hyderabad faced the wrath of a never giving up Kolkata Knight Riders, losing by six wickets in the IPL 2021 tie in Dubai on Sunday. Meanwhile, some records were succeeded.

It was another spectacular performance by former champion Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). It secured a six-wicket win over fellow former champion SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Match 49 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021 at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday. As KKR stays in contention for the playoffs, here are some of the records that were scripted.

Williamson's run out was the third time this season that an SRH skipper was dismissed in the same way. As a result, it is the side with most captain's run out (3), with David Warner being twice.

Winning the toss, SRH opted to bowl but could manage a paltry total of 115/7, as three KKR bowlers claimed a two-for. In reply, KKR did not have it easy, but Shubman Gill's 57 played the pivotal role in a six-wicket win.
